LEARN A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
Hi, I am Kim and I am happy you are here.
THE EARLY DAYS
There was a time in my life when I was about seven or eight and I wanted to learn how to do a flip on the monkey bars. I kept practicing over and over until I finally managed to do one. I can remember like it was yesterday and I just remember having this feeling that I could do anything in the world that I wanted to do.
I felt like superwoman. I had such a sense of inner power and nothing could tear me down.
Gradually, overtime I lost that sense of power because I started receiving more and more messages from my caregivers, peers and society that I was not good enough. That inner knowing that I once had that knew I was Divine just because I was born started fading away.
MY TEENAGE YEARS
Throughout my teen years my self-esteem sank to the lowest point and in order to protect myself and feel ok in the world I really mastered the whole perfecting, performing and pleasing thing.
My authentic/true self was not good enough, so I started creating masks to cover who I really was.
This is how I survived and this is how these masks were born. My masks included performing, becoming a perfectionist, being an overachiever, people pleasing, wearing the super competent mask, etc. Because of this, my true self became smaller and smaller and my light became dimmer over time. Soon after, I began to develop symptoms of anxiety, depression, and overeating; and later in life, I developed an autoimmune disease (Sjogren’s Disease)
ADULT YEARS
In my late twenties I began my journey toward healing and personal and spiritual growth. I have spent years studying all types of wisdom teachers, including my hypnosis training with Marissa Peer. As a recovering codependent, I help people to go from perfectionism and people pleasing to powerful.
I spent a lifetime pleasing and perfecting and all the while losing myself in the roles that I played.
It is my passion and desire to help others to create real and meaningful relationships and create the inner power to “Dare Greatly” as they create the life they desire.
I am the host of the popular podcast “Masks Off for People Pleasers & Perfectionists” and am a champion for helping people find out exactly who they are behind the masks they wear. I help people awaken themselves by guiding them to undo patterns, stop living for others, shift their mindset and start healing.

TESTIMONIALS
Real people.
Real experiences.
omg... thank you, thank you, thank you. It's been so helpful to read this today. The eternal struggle of not being worthy, the guilt (of a stay-at-home-mum) regarding spending money on myself, and everything else you mentioned. It soothes my soul to know that this is other women's struggle as well. I honestly thought, the feeling of not good enough would end after Dr. Shefali's program 🙈 I guess not haha.Have a great day, Kim, and be assured, your sharing these personal stories helps others immensely. Thank you for your courage and your openness.
